Constitutional hydrotherapy is a time-honored technique that utilizes the healing properties of water. This is a 1 hour long treatment that uses alternating hot and cold applications to the torso and back with gentle pulsed sine-wave. It greatly improves circulation, digestion, and immune dysfunction, stimulates detoxification, and improves recovery from many acute and chronic illnesses.
Acupuncture is the practice of inserting needles into the superficial skin, subcutaneous tissue, or muscle depending on the condition or point. Often needles are manipulated to stimulate "Qi", the energy of the body. The number of needles used also depends on the illness treated and the condition of the patient.
